Calisthenics Routine: How To Prevent Getting Bored And Maximize Results

One of the biggest complaints I get about a calisthenics routine is that it is boring. Hey, I don’t blame you. whether you do the same exercises by and again anyone would be bored to tears. Plus, doing the same bodyweight workout (or any workout for that

matter), by and by is not the best way to keep the physical improvements coming. I’m going to show you three ways to keep from getting bored doing your bodyweight workouts and dramatically improve their effectiveness at the same moment.
