Can I Shed Pounds with Calcium?

The focus of the Calcium diet was on using 1200 mg a day of Calcium with no other changes and seeing the way you could shed pounds. There was no change in eating, no change in exercise, and no change

in daily eating habits. Without any modification at all except for an increase of Calcium, folks in the study saw a reduction in pant sizes and were able to shed pounds.
